I've lost my registration code, how do I get a replacement? |
| Send us an e-mail
requesting a replacement. Be sure to include your name, company name (if applicable), and
your current e-mail address. We will forward a copy of the original code to you as soon as
possible. |
 |
FTP Express is not displaying any files in the
left hand pane |
| This is often caused by choosing the wrong site
type in the Site Properties address page. Try changing the site
type and refreshing the listing. |
 |
I ordered multiple copies, but only received one registration
code. How can I get more? |
| Send us an e-mail
requesting multiple registration codes. Be sure to include a different end users name for
each registration code needed. |
 |
When I copy a directory, its subdirectories are not being copied
too. |
| Before copying a directory with subdirectories, you should first expand
the parent directory. Expanding a directory lets FTP Express find all of a directory's
contents. To expand a directory, right click on it and select expand. |
 |
I can't delete a directory and its subdirectories. |
| You need to expand the parent directory as explained above. |
 |
Why does FTP Express connect a second time when I transfer files? |
| We use a second connection for transferring files to let you continue to
work with the site. If you're having trouble connecting at a busy site, try setting the
connection retries to -1 to continuously retry. |
